AKARTA: Singer Reza Artamevia’s relationship with cleric-cum-actor Aa Gatot Brajamusti turns out to be more than just that of a student and a spiritual teacher.

Gatot’s lawyer Muara Karta Simatupang said they have been married; albeit their marriage was unregistered.

“That’s what I heard. It’s [lasted] about four years,” Muara said as quoted by tempo.co.

Reza and Gatot made national headlines recently following their arrest in a hotel room in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara, for alleged drug possession.

Ironically, the arrest took place just one month before the release of Gatot’s new movie, DPO (Detachment Police Operation), which depicts a raid targeting a drug cartel. — JP
