he Bogor Health Agency has provided another Mobil Curhat (counseling car) in an attempt to improve the city’s health counseling services for residents.
“There is one additional Mobil Curhat this year. So, now we have two,” agency head Rubaedah said on Monday.
“The community has enjoyed the Mobil Curhat service. It can serve 100 to 200 people every time it operates,” she said as quoted by Antara.
The Mobil Curhat program, which provides free health counseling to Bogor residents, was launched on July 6, 2014.
The consultations initially only covered family consultations and nutritional issues.
It now also provides other services, namely the detection of noncommunicable diseases, voluntary counseling and testing for HIV/AIDS, as well as counseling on how to quit smoking.
