span>Singer Isyana Sarasvati is teaming up with sister Rara Sekar Larasati to sing a duet for the soundtrack of Ernest Prakasa’s film Milly & Mamet.
The song, titled “Luruh” (Melted), has few lyrics but tells of a couple’s lowest point in their relationship.
“We tried to make the song for everyone, both individuals and couples,” Isyana said as quoted by kompas.com.
Milly & Mamet, a spin-off from the smash hit Ada Apa Dengan Cinta? (What’s Up with Cinta?), centers on the marriage of Cinta’s friends Milly and Mamet.
Isyana said the song started out from the film’s storyline.
“We had a long talk about various scenes. At that time, the film was not done yet,” she said.
She added that song also reflected the siblings’ personal experiences and she was happy that she could perform it with her sister, who composed the song.
“We never imagined that we would ever sing a song together,” Isyana said.
