A minibus heading toward Jakarta from Cirebon, West Java, spun out of control and crashed into two motorcycles, killing four and injuring two.

Subang Police chief Sr. Adj. Comr. Muhammad Joni said the accident occurred at 4 p.m. as the minibus, which was transporting three passengers from Cirebon, West Java, to Jakarta, spun out of control and careened down the opposite lane after one of its rear tires blew out.
Two unsuspecting motorcycle drivers then crashed into the minibus.
“Due to the accident, the two motorcycles were severely damaged and later caught fire. One minibus passenger and the driver, in addition to the two motorcyclists, were killed,” Muhammad said.
Two surviving minibus passengers, aged 8 and 10, each sustained minor injuries.
Joni said the police were investigating the accident. (rfa)
