uring his visit to North Sumatra on Nov. 25, Tourism Minister Arief Yahya traveled to Simalem Resort Park located in Merek Hill, Tanah Karo.
“Passing through the entrance gate, tourists are welcomed with the view of the beautiful park and cool air just like in Berastagi,” said Arief.
At this place, visitors can see the pine forest, or take selfies in several selfie spots with the most popular one is at Pearl of Lake Toba that offers the view of Lake Toba.

“So many things to do here, there’s a golf course, café, waterfall, outbound arena, fishing pond, forest trekking, flower garden and organic plants,” Arief said. (asw)
