andung in West Java has a new tourist attraction for pedestrians to enjoy the atmosphere of a forest in the middle of the city. Named Forest Walk, it is claimed to be the longest in Southeast Asia with a length of two kilometers.

Forest Walk is located at Babakan Siliwangi and is near other attractions in Bandung, such as Cihampelas Mall and Puncak Ciumbuleuit. Visitors will be able to walk around the area or take selfies.

According to Antara news agency, Forest Walk will be connected to Skywalk Cihampelas, so people will be able to access several tourist attractions simply by walking along the bridge.

During the launch event on Wednesday, Jan. 17, Bandung Mayor Ridwan "Emil" Kamil said visitors would also be able to see squirrels and birds in this place and he asked people to keep the place clean. (wir/asw)
