Fedrik Adhar, a prosecutor of the acid attack that targeted senior investigator Novel Baswedan of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), has died on Monday, allegedly due to COVID-19 complications from diabetes. Fedrik came under media and public scrutiny earlier this year when he demanded a one-year sentence for the defendants in the court trial.
