Elnusa forms two new subsidiaries

ntegrated oil and gas company PT Elnusa (ELSA) and its subsidiary PT Elnusa Patra Ritel (EPR) have established two new companies that offer services to the industry.

The two companies are PT Elnusa Oilfield Services (EOS) and PT Elnusa Geosains Indonesia (EGI), according to a report submitted to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Thursday, Antara news agency reported.

PT Elnusa Oilfield Services offers support services in the oil and gas industry in areas such as drilling, trade, construction and industry.

Meanwhile, PT Elnusa Geosains Indonesia provides seismic and geophysical services to the oil and mining industry.
