ne year has passed since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic that shook the whole world, yet the myriad of limitations that emerged as a result has not prevented Indosat Ooredoo from continuously improving the quality of its services to meet the rapidly rising demands in digital communication.
Acknowledging the strength required to overcome even the direst of situations and constraints, Indosat Ooredoo recently launched a campaign titled #BisaBangkitBersama (#CanRiseTogether). The campaign tells the real story of Indosat Ooredoo’s employees, who continue to rise to the challenge of carrying out the company’s mission to build trust and connect Indonesia.
Numerous efforts have been made to maintain the company’s growth momentum and implement a turnaround strategy. As a result, Indosat Ooredoo’s solid performance was recognized as the world’s sixth-fastest growing telco brand in terms of brand value by Brand Finance Telecoms 150 2021 report.
