MODENA's sustainable agenda takes center stage at United Nations forum

M

ODENA recently demonstrated its dedication to sustainable business practices at a United Nations forum in New York, the United States, themed "Family Business for Sustainable Development Goals."

MODENA Group EVP Michael Jizhar underscored the company's commitment to sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR), which stems from the mission of the Tomas Jizhar Foundation. This commitment covers a wide range of topics, including environmental protection, education and support for industrial efforts.

MODENA's CSR programs are aimed at strengthening rural areas and guaranteeing access to critical resources like clean electricity and health care. Within its operations, the organization supports Eco-DNA ideals, aware behaviors and solutions-oriented thinking. In addition, inclusive recruiting strategies stress gender equality and labor empowerment.

MODENA invests in consumer-focused initiatives such as e-waste management and decarbonization. Initiatives such as the creation of electric vehicle conversion kits and cloud rental options for greener fleet management illustrate the company's dedication to reducing its environmental impact.

MODENA plans to convert to an energy environment based completely on renewable energy by 2035. It also intends to include recyclable components into its goods while reducing single-use packaging. MODENA's participation in the United Nations forum demonstrates its commitment to sustainable transformation, driving substantial development in the sector toward a more sustainable and fair future.
