Prudential Indonesia launches PRUWell Medical & PRUWell Medical Syariah

rudential Indonesia and Prudential Syariah have unveiled PRUWell Medical and PRUWell Medical Syariah, the latest health insurance innovations emphasizing fairness. These products offer comprehensive health protection benefits, including affordable and fair premiums or contributions. Karin Zulkarnaen, chief customer and marketing officer at Prudential Indonesia, highlighted the positive growth in 2023 amid high medical inflation and stressed the responsibility to provide long-term protection. She introduced PRUWell Medical as a solution to address current challenges.

The introduction of PRUWell addresses the significant increase in health claims, reflecting Prudential's commitment to meeting customer needs. This aligns with Prudential Indonesia and Prudential Syariah's belief in fairness principles, essential for enhancing societal penetration. The products offer rewards like premium discounts of up to 20 percent upon insurance renewal.

Paul Setio Kartono, chief financial officer at Prudential Syariah, discussed PRUWell Syariah's role in providing broader access to health care while adhering to sharia principles. He emphasized fairness in contribution cost transparency, ensuring value for participants.

Junaedy Aries Wijaya, head of product design at Prudential Indonesia, emphasized the importance of health maintenance and the flexibility of PRUWell Medical in addressing various customer needs during health risks.

PRUWell Medical and PRUWell Medical Syariah provide claim benefits at various hospitals, enhancing accessibility. Prudential's commitment was showcased through free health services offered during a press conference, aiming to raise awareness about maintaining health.
