The death toll in a fireworks factory explosion on Thursday has increased to 47 people, with 39 of them sent to the National Police hospital in Kramat Jati, East Jakarta, for autopsies, the Jakarta Police have said. The police’s spokesperson, Sr. Comr. Argo Yuwono, said another 46 injured individuals had been admitted to a number of hospitals, including Tangerang Regional General Hospital and Mitra Husada Hospital.
