PALU, Central Sulawesi: The Central Sulawesi provincial administration is set to build four new power stations.

Governor Bandjela Paliudju has asked the Central Sulawesi Energy and Mineral Resources Office to coordinate with the Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry to determine the location for the plants.

Regents whose areas are chosen for the projects are required to provide the land, the acquisition of which will be funded from the provincial budget.

"After coordinating with the Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry, I will invite the regents to discuss issues and measures to speed up the projects," Paliudju told The Jakarta Post on Thursday. - JP
