Dutch tourist found dead in Bali hotel room

JAKARTA: A 60-year-old Dutch tourist was found dead in his room at the Kuta Beach Klub Hotel in Bali on Thursday, Antara reported.

Police identified the man as Johannes Henricus Damasus Maria Reijbroek, who had been known to have a residence in Singaraja, northern Bali.

Police said the body was found with both wrists and ankles bound with duct tape, but there were no immediate signs of abuse on the body.

Kuta Police chief Adj. Comr. Wimboko said Thursday the police not yet determined a cause of death. - JP
