BY, in my opinion, has made some changes. The promotion of Timur Pradopo as National Police Chief was a great decision. Besides the controversy, I think Timur is a great figure. Regarding the hot issue in which Gayus left prison for a vacation, Timur acted fast. He quickly summoned the head of the detention center.
For corruption cases it takes time. Even if the president were not SBY, I believe corruption cases are the hardest to solve. Whoever the president is, things will be the same. It is not easy to make Indonesia better.
SBY and his cabinet have a lot of homework to do. They should finish every case and solve every problem. Indonesia needs a good leader. SBY should work with others to solve problems. As we saw in the eruption of Mount Merapi, he works and shows us what to do. It is good to know the president is with us here in Yogyakarta.
If there is a reshuffle, the minister with the bad score is Patrialis Akbar, the Justice and Human Rights Minister. There are legal mafias everywhere. Many corruption and bribery suspects can easily get out of jail. The conditions in jail are very bad. Patrialis still hasn’t made any progress.
