a href="http://">GATRA & JP/Wendra AjistyatamaJAKARTA: Starlet Dewi Perssik has reported her co-star Julia “Jupe” Perez to the police for allegedly assaulting her while the two were involved in a film production. The police are investigating the case, which could result in a three-year prison sentence.

“It’s all in the legal process now. It’s up to my lawyer,” Dewi said.

Dewi and Jupe both were involved in producing a film titled Arwah Goyang Karawang (The Ghost of Goyang Karawang) when they got into a catfight. Videos of the two at each other’s necks have been circulating on the Internet, as well as  on YouTube.

Meanwhile, Jupe on Wednesday visited the Matraman Police Precinct, East Jakarta, to request for a scene reconstruction. “I will request for a reconstruction because there were more than 50 people on the set, not just the two of us,” Jupe said.

She added she had never acted rashly against Dewi. “I never acted without thinking,” she said as quoted by kompas.com. — JP
