Pas Band to release album after Idul Fitri

span class="inline inline-left">KapanLagi.com/RuswantoJakarta: Pas Band is planning to release a new album after Idul Fitri, despite the fact that it is difficult to sell albums.

“For rock music, or any kind of music outside pop, making an album is hard. You can say it is a major financial waste. [It is] unrealistic. Throwing away money,” Yuke, the band’s singer, said Saturday as quoted by kapanlagi.com.

He added that challenges exist in many selling methods, including through direct selling, fan clubs or media promotions, which will eventually require financial sacrifices.

However, Pas Band remains unfazed by the challenges. “We have recorded bass, drums and a little bit of guitar. Then there will be a collaboration with Richard, the old drummer. After Lebaran there will be a tour with two drummers, Sandy, Pas Band’s current drummer, he said.
