JAKARTA: Angelina Sondakh has come under fire after Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) deputy chairman Busyro Muqoddas hinted that there were indications that the former beauty queen had a personal relationship with a KPK investigator from the National Police, recently identified as Raden Brotoseno.
Brotoseno has been removed from his KPK post following the allegations, National Police spokesman Sr. Comr. Boy Rafli Amar said.
Boy Rafli added that the National Police is currently investigating the case to determine whether or not there was any ethical misconduct by Brotoseno.
“We have yet to determine where he is going to be transferred to. From what we gathered so far, there’s no direct connection between Brotoseno and the Nazaruddin case,” he added.
