hile star couple Atiqah Hasiholan and Rio Dewanto have kept mum about their wedding plans, Atiqah's mother artist Ratna Sarumpaet has confirmed post-Idul Fitri nuptials.
Ratna, whose play Titik Terang (Silver Lining) about corruption and human rights violations in Indonesia will star Atiqah and Rio, confirmed her daughter was engaged to Rio.
'God willing, they will marry after Lebaran,' Ratna said on Tuesday as quoted by kapanlagi.com.
Ratna said that the play was part of the preparations for the marriage. 'The performance is also part of their marriage preparation. How they will enter married life starts with this play,' she said.
The play is slated for July 3 to 6 at Graha Bhakti Budaya at Taman Ismail Marzuki (TIM).
