AKARTA: Celebrity couple Atiqah Hasiholan and Rio Dewanto will tie the knot on Aug. 24, Atiqah's mother, playwright and activist Ratna Sarumpaet, says.
'Atiqah will get married on Aug. 24 in Jakarta,' Ratna said as quoted by tempo.co.
Ratna said the couple had decided to hold only modest nuptiuals.
'I once told her not to hold a big party for the wedding,' Ratna said.
Ratna added that the most important thing was the sacredness of the wedding ceremony itself, not the party.
