Infinite to hold 3-hour concert in Jakarta

outh Korean pop groupInfinite has announced the date '€” Aug. 31 '€” of its Jakarta leg of the One Great Step tour. The concertwill be at Mata Elang International Stadium.

It will be the first visit to Indonesia by Sunggyu, Dongwoo, Woohyun, Hoya, Sungyeol, L, and Sungjong.

The bands plans to entertain its fans '€” known as Inspirit '€” in a three-hour concert and will perform more than 20 songs, including a special performance customized for its Indonesian fans.

'€œIts performance will be very special '€” you better watch it yourself,'€ Franky Warobi, from the concert'€™s organizer Synergism, said.

Tickets for the concert are available in five categories '€” upper tribune Rp 500,000 (US$46); lower tribune Rp 750,000; outer festival Rp 1 million; inner festival Rp 1.25 million and VVIP Rp 1.5 million.

The tickets, on sale since July 15, are available online at indotix as well as several box offices including Alfamart.

Unfortunately representative from Indotix Pilip Wiguna declined to reveal the total number of tickets sold so far.

Infinite is a relatively new group in the K-pop scene. The group is managed by Woolim Entertainment and debuted in 2011 with the single '€œBefore the Dawn'€.

 

In March, the group released its fourth mini album New Challenge featuring the track '€œMan in Love'€ which was rated number one by music programs on three major broadcasting stations (SBS, MBC, KBS) in South Korea. Just before kicking off the One Great Step world tour in Seoul on Aug. 9-10 it released the single album Destiny in July.
