akartaGovernor Joko 'Jokowi' Widodo rarely erupts publicly but today he was soenraged by the state of public services in East Jakarta he tossed a bundle ofdocuments on a desk at the East Jakarta mayor's office .
Jokowihad been at the district major's office on one of his usual 'unannounced visits'.But instead of being welcomed at the office, the governor was forced to waitbecause the office was as quiet as a ghost town, kompas.com reported on Friday.
The governor recorded the
names of all the civil servants supposedly stationed there ' including the desk
head ' before throwing a bundle of documents on to one of the desks. He departed
without saying goodbye.
Known
to be a man who avoids confrontation, and indeed admits it himself, it is out
of character for Jokowi to show his frustration in this way. (dic)
