Actress Uli Auliani is known for her soap opera and film roles but she actually can sing and deejay as well.

She recently formed a duo with DJ Davina called Sex Icon.

She said she learned to deejay three years ago but the past year had her convinced that she should also pursue a career as a disc jockey.

'€œLearning by doing, I see how other DJs do that,'€ Uli said as quoted by tempo.co.

She said that she never took private lessons to become a DJ but she learned and got advice from her DJ friends, including DJ Davina.

'€œDavina has been DJ'€™ing for more than 10 years. For now, she is my teacher,'€ Uli said.

Uli said that to be a DJ who sang was not easy. '€œWe have to be really prepared with costumes and choreography because we have to entertain people in a very short time. You cannot go off pitch and sing the wrong lyrics,'€ she said.
