Starting from an early age Starting from an early age: Students wearing traditional Sundanese attire show their clean fingernails to their class leader before entering the classroom at Turangga I Elementary School in Bandung on Wednesday. Bandung city administration has imposed a rule known as Rebo Nyunda, the main aim of which is to promote and preserve Sundanese cultural values, requiring all Bandung residents to wear traditional Sundanese dress and speak in Sundanese every Wednesday.
