Actor Denny Sumargo said he preferred to judge a movie based on its poster if he did not have any other reference about a film.

'€œMost movie posters can tell you if there are strange things in the movie,'€ the 31-year-old told tempo.co.

He said one '€œweird'€ poster showed female breasts. '€œYou can tell what kind of movie it is with that kind of poster,'€ said the former basketball player.

Denny said most Indonesian movie posters could give movie goers information about the movie.

'€œI can generally tell whether the movie is worth watching from the poster,'€ said Denny.

Denny has starred in five films since making his acting debut in 2012.
One of his most critically acclaimed was 5 cm, in which he shared the screen with Herjunot Ali, Fedi Nuril, Pevita Pearce, Igor '€œSaykoji'€ and Raline Shah under the direction of Rizal Mantovani.
