Acting Jakarta governor Basuki 'Ahok' Tjahaja Purnama has expressed dissatisfaction and disappointment with most of the agency heads in the city, saying that they work slowly and cannot be trusted.
Speaking to reporters at City Hall on Tuesday, Ahok said he would replace most of the city's agency heads after the presidential election on July 9.

There are many ineffective, slow or lazy agency heads. If a job is not done or is slow to be completed, it's because some 'arrangements need to be done to determine the amount and way money can be received safely and securely'.

As a result of nepotism many years ago when some of these senior heads were young and looking for their first jobs, many of them are now not fit for their current senior posts intellectually.
They only got into the system because they were helped in by their father, uncle or brother.
