AKARTA: Presenter and radio announcer Cici Panda says that she is very happy to have been chosen as one of the voices for the Indonesian cable version of Hollywood animation movie Despicable Me 2, to be broadcast by HBO on July 28.
'Before I become a Hollywood actress, let my voice fill a Hollywood movie first,' Cici told tribunnews.com during the dubbed movie's premiere at the Gandaria City mall in Gandaria, South Jakarta, recently.
Despicable Me 2 is an animated movie that has received Academy Award nominations for best animation and soundtrack. In the Indonesian version, Cici voices the character Lucy.
'Fortunately, I did not have to change my vocal character a lot for the role,' Cici said.
