JAKARTA: Presenter Adi Nugroho has married Noni Annisa Ramadhani, popularly known as Donita.
The 36-year old former 'Abang Jakarta' declared his ijab kabul (Islamic wedding vows) in a single breath.
As part of the ijab kabul, Adi gave 6.9 grams of gold as a symbol of bringing Donita, a 25-year-old sinetron (soap opera) star, into his life.
'The gold is paid for in cash,' Adi said as quoted by tribunnews.com on Saturday.
The event was witnessed by former youth and sports minister Adhyaksa Dault for the groom and the venerable film comedian Indrodjojo Kusumonegoro, known as Indro Warkop, for the bride, okezone.com reported.
