Yes, good idea, lock them all up. All Indonesians who think to please by talking the desired talk instead of the truth will end up in jail.

Following up on suspect testimony is a dirty trick? How could they have inquired with the US Department of Justice when the witness hadn't even perjured himself yet?

I have yet to hear of perjury being a crime in Indonesia.
The courts don't seem to pursue this nationwide habit. Could the media start printing lists of money lost to corruptors and how much has been recovered?
We only hear about fines and short prison sentences and big prison remissions.

From The Jakarta Post's report we can see the Religious Affairs Ministry under the PPP's (United Development Party) Suryadharma Ali caused Rp 27.05 billion (US$2.26 million) in losses via Koran procurements alone.
The ministry hasn't returned this to the Finance Ministry.
Besides embezzling from the government, the Religious Affairs Ministry has stolen a much bigger sum from the hajj pilgrims.

Firman Wijaya accused KPK prosecutors of playing 'a dirty trick'. He probably calls it 'entrapment' , which SBY (Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono) told the KPK they should not use because it is 'unfair'.
I never understood for what reason these special criminals deserved a special treatment.
