As we are all aware, Indonesia has every reason to become a big country, well-respected, and a prosperous nation '€” no one doubts that. We should have achieved that long before our neighboring countries, such as Singapore.

It is not the issue about how religiously, demographically, or racially diverse Indonesia is.

Indeed, it is the matter of how our leaders preside to make the best of it '€” diversity is an advantage, it
provides optimism, rather than a burden.

Having learned from their predecessors'€™ pasts, this time around, Jokowi-Kalla are expected to bring Indonesia to its best.
