JAKARTA: Jazz singer Andien says to expect a pop vibe for her next studio album, set for release in December.
'It's an amazing novelty in this album,' Andien said, as quoted by detikHOT on Wednesday.
The album's first single, 'Let It Be My Way' composed by Melly Goeslaw, was inspired by UK techno-pop singer Mika, Andien said. 'The first time I heard the song I thought that the song was easy. But I have to make the song that everyone can sing as my own.'
'The song has a beat of music in the 1920s and some blues tunes. It's difficult to sing.'
Andien saus to expect collaborations with Melly, Eross Chandra and Anang Hermansyah.
