he Jakarta National Narcotics Agency (BNNP) arrested 90 people during a raid at a night entertainment spot at Gunung Sahari in Central Jakarta on Sunday.
Jakarta BNNP spokesman Comr. Safari said that 26 of the 90 people arrested tested positive for drugs in urine tests, as reported by wartakota.com.
'Thirteen of the people who were arrested were civil servants from the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport customs and excise department and also from the law and human rights ministry. We immediately conducted urine tests on them,' he said.
Safari added that one person tried to escape when being arrested. However, Jakarta BNNP officials were able to detain him before he could run away.
All the people who tested positive for drug consumption were immediately detained and moved to the Jakarta BNNP headquarters in South Jakarta for further questioning.
