As panel judge for the Indonesian Film Festival (FFI), prominent actor Reza Rahadian said he had to watch 46 feature films in 20 days to prepare for the festival.
'Basically, I have to watch two films per day,' Reza said as quoted by tempo.co.
The 27-year-old said he preferred to watch whole movies before assessing them. The FFI has accepted 359 movies in total for the competition. This year's festival will be held in Palembang, South Sumatra on Dec. 8.
'I can't just watch the first 15 minutes of the movie just because it doesn't seem interesting,' he says.
'There is a chance that some supporting actors will give great a performance in the last 20 minutes,' Reza said, who won best leading actor for his performance in 3 Hati 2 Dunia 1 Cinta (Three Hearts, Two Worlds, One Love) in 2010 and Habibie & Ainun (Habibie and Ainun) in 2013.
