National Development Planning Minister Andrinof Chaniago said that the government had earmarked Rp 149 billion (US$11.4 million) for programs billed as part of a 'mental revolution' campaign. Andrinof said that the program, which was inspired by President Joko 'Jokowi' Widodo's presidential campaign slogan, would be aimed at improving people's behavior.
Your comments:
Minister Puan is to lead the mental revolution. Will there be a televised speech, or just more bureaucratic box-ticking?

Spend it on changing the littering habit! Just met people returning from Keiss Islands, one of the most remote areas in Indonesia. What were they mostly talking about? The plastic waste all over the place!
And of course we know it's not only Keiss. Do something about this problem, or all the 'beautiful Indonesia' campaigns will only end in people going home to advise their friends to holiday elsewhere.
