he administration will continue a road widening project on Jl. Joglo, Kembangan, West Jakarta, soon after the city budget is disbursed.
The project, which began in 2009, was halted because the administration failed to complete the procurement of 21 houses in the area.
West Jakarta land acquisition committee deputy head Asril Marzuki said he was still waiting for the funds to be disbursed from Bina Marga Agency. He said that to date, a number of residents had not completed all the requirements for the land acquisition.
He said his team would use the latest taxable value of property set by the administration for the land procurement.
'We will see whether the required documents from the residents are completed,' he said.
The road widening project spans 1.4 kilometers from Taman Alfa Indah to Mega Kebon Jeruk housing complex, with a width of 26 meters.
