Jokowi also reiterated Indonesian support for the Palestinian struggle for the establishment of a sovereign state.
"I stated [during the meeting] that Palestine is the only nation in the world that is still under colonialism. Indonesia fully supports Palestine to end that colonialism," the President said after the bilateral meeting with Hamdallah on the sidelines of the 60th Asian-African Conference Commemoration in Jakarta.
"We discussed a lot of matters. [Indonesia] has had cooperation with Palestine especially in relation to religious issues. In the future we should intensify the relations [in other sectors]," Jokowi said.(++++)
