Guess what?: The Overtunes releases debut album

Kapanlagi.com

After two years of waiting, soul pop band The Overtunes finally released their debut album entitled Selamanya (Forever).

The band consists of three multi-talented brothers: Mada, 20, Reuben, 18, and their 17-year-old brother, the band'€™s vocalist, Mikha Angelo, who rose to fame after taking part in the 2013 X Factor Indonesia.

'€œWe spent the last two years creating and it is only the beginning of our long journey,'€ Mikha said as quoted by kapanlagi.com at the album launch in Jakarta.

The album contains 10 songs, including one called '€œSelamanya'€, which was used as the album'€™s title.

Mada said that the album'€™s tracks were influenced by some of the brothers'€™ favorite musicians.

'€œIt ranges from acoustic, EDM [electronic dance music] to John Mayer and definitely some country musicians.'€
