The National Police will suggest two officers as commission candidates for the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).
"We will soon nominate two officers, one retiree and one active, as candidates," National Police chief Gen. Badrodin Haiti told reporters on Friday.
However, Badrodin did not disclose their names.
Previously, the KPK commissioner selection team claimed that it had received information that the National Police would propose an active officer as a commissioner candidate for the KPK.
Registration opened on June 5 and ends on June 24. (fed/ika)(+++)
