American rock band Bon Jovi is slated to rock Indonesia on Sept
merican rock band Bon Jovi is slated to rock Indonesia on Sept. 11 at Bung Karno main stadium in Senayan, South Jakarta.
'All of the sound systems and the stage are sourced from Indonesia,' said Java Festival Production president director Dewi Gontha in South Jakarta on Thursday. Live Nation Indonesia, the organizer, she said, expected 40,000 people of all ages to attend.
However, with thousands of people expected to show up, Dewi said people should not be concerned about the safety of women and kids. 'Our primary target is 25 to 45 year-old concertgoers. I think people of that age should be calmer,' she said.
Bon Jovi is slated to sing hit singles such as Livin' On a Prayer, You Give Love a Bad Name and It's My Life at the concert.
Tickets will be sold from June 29 on the concert official website. However, the organizer refused to disclose ticket prices on Thursday.
