The majority of workers with a monthly salary above Rp 5 million (US$376) in Jakarta are reluctant to use public transportation, a survey shows. A recent survey carried out by Paramadina University's discussion group showed that Jakarta's middle upper class preferred to use their private vehicles to go to offices.
