Applied technology: A man orders a taxi from Uber through an application on his smartphone in Jakarta on Wednesday
I read the article on the confiscation of Uber cars by the police published on the June 20 on page 9 and it made me wonder about Uber cars violating several Indonesian laws on traffic and land transportation because they use private cars with black license plates.
If this is so, then why isn't the same rule applied to the Go-Jek motorcycle taxis, since they also operate private vehicles with black license plates?
