hirteen people with HIV/AIDS in Buleleng regency, Bali, died during the first five months of the year, a local official has said.

'€œIn January, two patients with HIV/AIDS died, while another person died in February. In April and May, five people died in each month,'€ Buleleng Health Agency head I Gusti Ngurah Mahapramana said on Monday, as quoted by Antara news agency.

Data from the agency shows that there are currently 140 HIV/AIDS cases in the regency, with almost half of them found in Buleleng and Sawan districts.

'€œThe two districts are located in urban areas with high mobilization of people. Moreover, the two districts are home to many night entertainment venues,'€ he said.
