he National Police Criminal Investigation Corps (Bareskrim) is set to reveal the name of a candidate for the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) leadership who was declared a suspect on Monday.
'I promise I will release [the information] on Monday afternoon,' said Bareskrim director for special and economic crimes Brig. Gen. Victor E. Simanjuntak on Saturday as quoted by Antara news agency.
He added that he was handling the case involving the KPK candidate.
Previously, Bareskrim chief Budi Waseso stated that one of the KPK leadership candidates was under investigation.
"If I'm not mistaken, one of them was declared a suspect by our investigators two days ago," said Budi as quoted by kompas.com on Friday. (kes)(++++)
