Amid slow progress in the identification of victims from the Mina stampede in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, a report from the Religious Affairs Ministry has confirmed that the number of Indonesians who died in the haj tragedy spiked from 59 on Thursday to 91 on Friday. Ministry spokesperson Urip Rudi Subiantoro announced 32 more victims from the previous week's stampede in Mina. Thirty-one of them were in the country for haj, while the other was an Indonesian residing in Mecca.
Your comments:
The Saudi Arabian government sent out over 1000 photos of the dead to embassies shortly after the incident. These numbers don't add up. Why? Is some kind of massive cover-up going on?

This man-made disaster is a tragedy. My heart is bereft at the loss of life, especially those from Indonesia; all there is left to do is pray to Allah for their souls.
I hope that Indonesian representatives in Saudi Arabia can quickly locate the missing or unaccounted-for pilgrims to put their families' minds at peace.

The Indonesian Haj Management Committee (PPIH) has stated numerous times when the death toll was much lower that they didn't understand why any Indonesians were even there since it was not their time nor route. Now that the number has vastly grown such comments have ceased. Why were so many Indonesians in the wrong place at the wrong time? This is something the PPIH needs to answer, and take responsibility for.

Explains why Jokowi and pals are not throwing a tantrum. It would be very embarrassing if Indonesians were to blame.
