Putting it briefly: Senna looks ahead to Portugal

I

ndonesian go-kart driver Senna Noor is starting to prepare for the Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals in Portugal where he is looking to improve on last year'€™s performance in Valencia, Spain.

The grand finals, for which Senna '€” who drives under the KratingDaeng Riser Shadaff team '€” qualified after winning the Asian series that ended last week, will run from Nov. 8 to 14.

During the final of the six-round championship at Shah-Alam circuit in Malaysia, Senna had his worst result of the season with ninth place in the DD2 class final. But having collected four wins and a second place in the previous five rounds, Senna topped the standings with 514 points, beating Lee Wai Chong and Melvin Moh, both from Malaysia, who took second and third place with 481 and 479, respectively.

The team'€™s other two drivers, Sergio Noor (MicroMax) and Barrichello Noor (Rotax Junior), ended the season in seventh and fourth in the final standings.

For Senna, it will be his sixth performance in the world championships. During his performance last year in Valencia, he failed to advance to the final round.
