Mario Ginanjar is known as the youngest member of pop band Kahitna, but he is also pursuing his other passion ' fashion design. The 33-year-old singer is working with his friend, singer and mother of three Andi Arifianty, better known as Andity, to establish a clothing line called Style Supply ID, offering streetwear fashion.
Mario said his drawing penchant began early in his life, with him getting requests from his family to draw different silhouettes of clothes for his cousins when they wanted to dress alike for Idul Fitri.
Although he was accepted into the French Literature department at Padjadjaran University in Bandung, West Java, he decided to chase his dream by studying at the Jakarta Arts Institute (IKJ) in Jakarta.
'I never dress to impress. I dress to express. I express my feelings through singing and designing. I meet the audiences when I sing and I communicate with people through my designs. They are two different worlds that satisfy me in different ways,' he said.
Mario said in the next five years, he pictured himself still singing with Kahitna, getting married and having kids and developing his clothing brand.
In his everyday life, the puzzle and crosswords games lover always keeps his smartphone and media player nearby.

iPhone 6
I like using the camera because I have an Instagram account to maintain. I am also involved in various endorsements, so I must have a smartphone with a high-quality camera. I hardly need to use special apps for selfies because the editing features on Instagram are enough to edit colors, contrast or lighting. I think we should know our best angles and how to look good in the pictures, so we won't need any editing to beautify us.
iPod 5
I use my iPod when I exercise, drive or if I'm on a flight. Basically, I have to listen to music everywhere. I like The Overtunes. I always listen to their song, 'Cinta' (Love) when I am in the car. I have bought on iTunes and it has become a favorite. I think they (band members) are the brightest stars on the Indonesian music scene.
