The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) reportedly apprehended a North Jakarta District Court secretary on Wednesday morning.
North Jakarta District Court spokesman Hasoloan Sianturi confirmed the arrest of the secretary, identified only as R.
Hasoloan said the arrest had not disrupted hearings.
“Everything went as planned today, including all hearings being held at the North Jakarta District Court,” Hasoloan was quoted by tribunnews.com.
Hasoloan did not explain the graft case in which R been implicated.
KPK chairman Agus Rahardjo also confirmed the arrest, but told reporters to wait for the commission's media briefing for further details. (dmr)
