he police apprehended four street singers for allegedly attacking and killing a peer and dumping the body in the Cisadane River in Suradita village, Cisauk, Tangerang regency, early Tuesday.
“The incident happened at 1:25 a.m. Based on the information, they fought over turf,” South Tangerang Criminal Investigations Department head Adj. Comr. Samian told kompas.com.
The Samian Police rushed to the scene after receiving a report on the fight from local residents and arrested the four suspects.
“The suspects have been detained. They have admitted to killing the victim,” he added.
He said the police also found evidence, including the victim’s clothes and shoes and a blood-stained machete.
