roperty developer Jasamarga Properti, a subsidiary of state-run toll road operator Jasa Marga, plans to develop three new projects this year: an office building and two housing complexes.
First, the company will build an office building in Pesanggarahan, West Jakarta. The building will be called Office One and the groundbreaking ceremony will take place on Thursday. Its location is close to the Ciledug toll road exit.
The Office One project will be built on a 1,433 square meter plot of land, with total office space of 4,000 square meters.
The six-story office building will be equipped with a commercial area.

“Four floors will be sold and two will be rented,” Denny Abdurachman, technical director of Jasamarga Properti, said on Wednesday as quoted by kontan.co.id.
The company will also develop 453 houses at the Green View Residence in Sidoarjo, East Java, and 345 houses at Royal Pandaan Residence in Pandaan, also in East Java.
Both projects will be launched in the middle of this year.
The firm will allocate Rp 72.4 billion (US$5.43 million) for these three projects. More specifically, it will allocate Rp 25.9 billion for Office One, Rp 18.4 billion for Green View Residence and Rp 28.1 billion for Royal Pandaan Residence.
Jasamarga Properti is optimistic it can contribute Rp 323 billion in revenues this year to its parent company, an increase of 38.8 percent from the Rp 232.68 billion contributed last year. (win/bbn)
