Pop band D’Masiv is preparing a surprise for its sixth album, which is expected to be released next year.
Vocalist Rian Ekky Pradipta revealed that for the first time in D’Masiv’s music career, the group would collaborate with a renowned songstress in one of its songs.
“We are working on our sixth album and will be collaborating with an Indonesian diva early next year,” Rian said as quoted by kompas.com on Monday.
He declined to reveal the singer’s name or the title of the band’s latest single.
“The singer […] always sings wholeheartedly. Her songs are mellow-pop,” Rian said, adding that he had written the song and the singer agreed to collaborate with D’Masiv after listening to the track’s demo.
